DIshwasher Delivery & Collection
Jeans were excellent throughout the process of purchasing a new dishwasher, from showing the options in store to purchasing online to delivering and installing the very next day (even though we had said later in the week was fine). Aftercare has been exemplary also, with someone coming out later the same day to check something we were unsure about (user error). In short we would have no hesitation in purchasing electrical items from Jeans again or recommending others in the area to do so as well.

Great customer service
My washing machine broke so looked at the usual websites for delivery which would have been at least a week as it was right before Christmas. Someone recommended Jean's Electrcial. I ordered a washing machine around 4pm, opted for same day delivery and it was delivered by 630pm. Amazing customer service. Thank you.

Surprisingly good and adaptable
Having always had second-hand dishwashers before, this was a first to actually select a dishwasher on its features! This one has a lot of features (collapsible and adjustable rails, sliding cutlery basket) which makes it perfect for our variety of washing. Only observations are that the control/display panel is unnecessary - rotary knobs and push buttons are perfectly fine and less likely to go wrong, as opposed to LED touch displays. Also, the door is a bit flimsier than our (numerous) previous dishwashers - noticeable when the dog stands on it to do the pre-wash (we've now omitted this part of the cleaning process)Fantastic service from Jeans - delivered in an hour from ordering, late on Easter Saturday!!! Very impressed and will use again.
